About these tools

The tools on Puraluma are designed for self-reflection and goal-setting - coaching territory, not clinical care. They're not a substitute for therapy, medication, or professional support.

These tools can help you:

  • Understand patterns in your thinking and behaviour
  • Identify areas where you're struggling or thriving
  • Generate insights for conversations with therapists or coaches
  • Build self-awareness and self-compassion

They can't:

  • Diagnose ADHD or any other condition
  • Replace professional treatment
  • Provide crisis intervention
  • Give medical advice

If you're struggling, please reach out to one of the crisis resources above or speak to your GP. These tools are here to support your journey, but they work best alongside professional care, not instead of it.
